To request a date for your group to visit the observatory, follow the 3 simple steps below. Or, use our calendar to find special events at LTO.
STEP 1: Find an open time slot in the calendar below. Use navigation arrows < or > to change months as needed. Clicking on an open date on the calendar has no effect, it is for viewing purposes only.
Notes: Currently, the observatory is hosting only one visitor group per night. The observatory is closed annually during July for maintenance and construction projects. December 2024 dates are now available for scheduling. January 2025 dates will be opened up in late November.
Please allow at least 2 weeks lead time for LTO to to staff your visit.
After finding an available date, continue to steps 2 and 3 below the calendar.
